Trout and Salmon Fishing

Personally and privately guided to the very best of Canterbury’s fish-filled rivers, you can enjoy chasing the salmon from November until May, and cast for our spectacular Rainbow and Brown Trout all year round. Wine Tours - Waipara Valley

Waipara Valley is 45 minutes north of Christchurch and is regarded as one of the premier wine-growing regions in New Zealand. It boasts nine wineries, and has an ideal cool climate with Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc dominating local plantings.
